UW EAU CLAIRE
Often described as Wisconsin’s most beautiful campus, UW-Eau Claire is nestled along the banks and bluffs of the scenic Chippewa River. Eau Claire is an active community of 62,000 people, with an extended metropolitan area numbering near 100,000. Consistently ranked as one of the safer cities in the U.S., Eau Claire is home to numerous parks, bike trails, a regional arts center and historic residential neighborhoods. The Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area is also only 90 miles away. UW-Eau Claire is regularly ranked among the top regional public universities in the Midwest in U.S. News and World Report’s annual college guide. We are one of only a few public universities in the country that requires students to complete 30 hours of community service to graduate, instilling a volunteerism ethic.
